Know Your Rights as a Player

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 47jl platform at https://47jl.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This includes all rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 47jl platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 47jl. When we say "47jl," "we," "us," or "our," we are referring to the operator of the 47jl.best platform and all associated services.

2 Eligibility

To create and maintain a 47jl account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another individual or organization.
• You do not have an existing 47jl account that has been previously suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not employed by 47jl, its affiliates, or any service provider connected to the platform in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.

47jl reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Underage gambling is illegal and taken seriously by 47jl. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds on that account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 47jl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You must notify 47jl promptly if any of your registration details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 47jl will never ask you for your password. Any activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact our support team immediately at support@47jl.best.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 47jl account. 47jl cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our legal obligations and commitment to player safety, 47jl requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys National ID. Proof of address may also be requested.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 47jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued in the Philippines.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 for most e-wallet methods; ₱200 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed without prior notice.
• 47jl does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees displayed are those of your payment provider.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 for e-wallets; ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• 47jl processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.
• 47jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts with unresolved bonus wagering requirements unless the bonus is forfeited first.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

47jl offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from them are separate from your cash balance until wagering requirements are met.
• 47jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is eligible for one use per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account termination.
• Free bet bonuses, if unused within the stated validity period, will expire automatically.

If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy complies with a promotion's terms, contact support before placing bets. Strategies deemed to exploit promotional loopholes may result in bonus cancellation even if technically within the wagering calculation.

6 Betting Rules and Game Terms

Each betting product on 47jl — including sports betting, esports betting, PBA betting, Pusoy, Color Game, and other casino-style games — operates under its own specific set of rules. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and are updated periodically.

General Betting Conditions

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, changed, or reversed by the player unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• 47jl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with incorrectly quoted odds, or placed after an event has already concluded.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or betting session, 47jl will use all available data to reconstruct the outcome. The company's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, product type, and player account status.

Sports and Esports Betting

All sports and esports results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body or tournament organizer. In the event of a dispute over a result, 47jl's sports trading team will review available evidence, and their decision is final.

Card Games (Pusoy)

Pusoy and Pusoy Dos games use a certified random number generator (RNG) for card shuffling. All real-money Pusoy games are player-versus-player. 47jl does not participate as a player in any card game. House rake, where applicable, is deducted per hand as stated in the Pusoy game rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 47jl and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the platform's games or payment systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games, esports, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge or the ability to influence the outcome.
• Money laundering or using 47jl for any illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds from stolen or unauthorized payment accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account strategies or arbitrage.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other players or 47jl staff.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

47jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player financial data is never stored in plaintext and is never shared with third parties except where required by law or for the purpose of processing your transactions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 47jl platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and brand elements — is the property of 47jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or trademark notices.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 47jl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from your betting decisions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other infrastructure outside 47jl's control.

47jl's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 47jl account at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

47jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continuation of your account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 47jl.
• You have failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable time.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold during the review period. 47jl will communicate the outcome of any investigation via the email address registered to your account.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact our support team. Any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following confirmation of your identity.

12 Responsible Gaming

47jl is committed to responsible gaming and takes the welfare of our players seriously. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have built several tools into the platform to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits — receive reminders after a set period of play.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 47jl platform following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing policies, or updates to third-party references — may be made without formal notification.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 47jl platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 47jl through good-faith negotiation. Contact our support team at support@47jl.best with a clear description of your complaint, and we will respond within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority or, where applicable, to an independent dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties.

The headings and section numbers in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
